Patricia Johnson, affectionately known as “Pastor Patti,” is a ministry leader, educator, executive coach, and leadership strategist committed to equipping individuals and organizations for transformation in both faith-based and professional spaces.

She is the founder of Chosen By God Ministries in Baltimore, Maryland, where she leads Bible study, leadership development initiatives, and Christian Education programming rooted in spiritual formation and practical application. Professionally, she serves as a Human Resources Program Manager for a major Maryland state department, overseeing policies that impact more than 20,000 employees, while also providing strategic consulting, executive coaching, and leadership training across government, nonprofit, and ministry sectors.

As part of her Christian Education mandate to build the next generation of Bible teachers transforming the world, she curates content in the community Tips and Tools for Sunday School. She also serves as Host and Producer of #PowerUp, the weekly virtual training initiative of the International Sunday School Department of COGIC, and as Director of Christian Education at Carter Memorial Church of Baltimore.
